Thank you for coming!

Discover the path to mindfulness and inner peace! I'm dedicated to providing you with the tools and guidance necessary to support your growth and general well-being.
Welcome to Intentional Steps! My name is Jessica Jaye (call me Jaye) and I'm determined to live a healthy, happy, and carefree life. That means doing work that inspires me.
In 2021, I walked away from my life in the United States to connect with nature and myself. Since then, I've found a general sense of peace and wellness. As a person who once struggled with PTSD and an Anxiety Disorder, this feels like the biggest win of my life.
Along my travels, I've investigated topics around mindfulness, social and emotional wellness, healing from trauma, and peace. As a result, I now combine this wisdom with my professional teaching skills to mentor individuals and organize workshops. If you're curious about working with me, consider signing up for a free discovery call!
